"Cute card, just a little smaller than I expected"
I ordered this from bearhugsgifts.com to go with a gift, it looked nice when it arrived. The printing was clear, the wording was easy to read, and there weren’t any smudges or messy edges. For a simple add-on to a gift, I think it works really well. If I were giving the card on its own, I probably would’ve wanted it to be a bit bigger or thicker, but paired with the gift it still looked cute and did the job. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"I’d probably order from here again"
I ordered from here once and, to be fair, everything turned out fine. The gift was really cute and arrived in good shape, even though I was half expecting something to go wrong based on how these things usually go. I do feel like they could’ve been a little clearer with updates, but overall it was a good experience and I’d likely use them again.

"Quick delivery when I really needed it"
I ordered a gift last minute, and knowing my usual luck with deliveries, I was fully expecting it to show up late. To my surprise, it arrived much faster than I thought it would, which made me like them right away.
The tracking was simple to follow, and the parcel turned up in good condition. I’m probably a bit biased because they saved me from a stressful last-minute situation, but I was really happy with the whole experience and would definitely use them again.

"Super easy to make it feel personal"
I really liked how easy it was to customize the gift before ordering. I remember thinking, okay, good, I’m not stuck with just one basic design. The options were simple to use, and I could add my own wording without overthinking it too much. It ended up coming out pretty much exactly how I pictured it, which was a nice little relief. Definitely a good option when you want something that feels a bit more personal.

"Easy to personalize, and it felt thoughtful"
I really liked being able to add names and tweak a few little details so the gift felt more personal. The preview helped a lot too, because I could actually see how it was going to look before ordering. It took me a minute to figure out a couple of the options, but once I got going it was simple... and my friend ended up loving it, so that was the best part.

I ordered a bear gift for my niece and, yeah, it did arrive on time, which was good.
The bear itself was really cute, but the box was dented on one side and the wrapping looked a little messy when we opened it. It wasn’t completely ruined or anything, just… not quite as tidy as I’d hoped for something meant to be a gift.
She still liked it, so that was the main thing, but I was a bit disappointed with how it arrived. I’d probably order again, but I’d hope they pack it a bit better next time.

I had a small problem with my order and messaged BearHugs because I was a bit worried. They did reply fairly quickly, but at first it kind of felt like my concern was being brushed off rather than properly looked into.
To be fair, they did get it sorted in the end and I didn’t have to keep chasing them, which I appreciated. Mistakes happen, and I’m glad it was fixed, but I wish the first response had felt a little more understanding.

"Checkout was almost suspiciously easy"
I placed my order on bearhugsgifts.com it was way smoother than I expected. The site was simple to figure out, checkout was fast, and I had everything done in just a few minutes. Almost too easy, if you ask me... like someone behind the scenes really wanted me to finish that order without overthinking it. Not complaining though, it worked great.

I ordered a little gift set from bearhugsgifts.com i was impressed. It actually felt like they’d put some thought into where everything came from, which is weirdly rare these days. The packaging was nice and simple too, not buried under a mountain of plastic like some gifts are. Everything felt good quality and not like a bunch of random bargain-bin bits chucked in a box. It was just a nice, thoughtful gift that I didn’t feel remotely guilty about sending. I’d definitely use them again

"Surprisingly helpful customer service"
I had a small issue with my order and wasn’t convinced it would show up in time, so I messaged customer service half expecting the usual vague reply. To my surprise, they got back to me quickly and were actually really straightforward to deal with.
They sorted everything out without making it a whole drama, which I appreciated. The gift arrived fine, my friend loved it, and even though I was a bit doubtful at first, I’d happily order from BearHugs again.
